It is a very common human nature that we always pay less attention to whatever we get for free. I would like to ask a simple question to all of you. How much your thumb costs? Any idea! Say you fall down and your thumb gets badly hurt. After consulting a doctor you come to know that your thumb has to get operated and it will cost you around 2 lac rupees. Conclusion, now your single thumb costs Rs.2,00,000. Same way if you calculate each part of your body, how expensive your body is? beyond calculations right. But fortunately you have got it for free. Similarly, there are numerous examples which mother nature has provided us for free and we should be very grateful for the same. If you fall sick you have to suffer two ways, financially as well as physically.

Now coming to the point, we can’t calculate how expensive our body is. But now we understand how important to keep it fit and healthy. We are truly very fortunate to have Yoga in our culture. And today the whole world has accepted Yoga in their lifestyle. Yoga is the best way to stay healthy & happy. So, what are you waiting for?
